We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage both administrative and human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and other HR-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Manage vendor contracts, office maintenance, and service providers.
  • Organize travel, accommodations, and logistics for employees and management.
  • Handle front desk duties, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Maintain structured records, files, and databases.
  • Assist management with coordination of meetings, schedules, and office communication.

Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee queries and support engagement activities.

Additional Information

  • Salary: As per interview.
  • Perks: Additional perks will be allowed.
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: 24 Days Working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,840.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
