HR and Admin Manager

  • Human Resources:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Oversee performance management, employee relations, and talent development initiatives.
  • Conduct regular training programs to enhance employee skills and promote a positive work culture.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Administration:
  • Supervise office operations and ensure organized, and secure work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
