Executive - HR:

  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Employee Engagement activities and festival celebrations.
  • Responsible for Rewards & Recognition activities.

Our Requirements:

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Good Communication skills
  • Work hours: 2 pm to 11 pm
  • Job location: Nehrunagar
  • Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working in office administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
