HR and Compliance Coordinator

Lahore, Pakistan

· Prepare accurate monthly salary of all employees of IMK.

· Record days worked and over time hours of employees in payroll software.

· Preparing overtime hour sheet and maintaining a record of every department.

· Ensure validity of data required for monthly salary preparation.

· Deal with employees regarding their queries.

· Cater all employees to issue leave form when required.

· Maintain monthly leave and absence record and carry out the necessary deductions in the salaries .

· Prepare monthly reports of HR.

· Enter employee payroll information into the payroll system

· Maintain personnel data.

· Check daily attendance of employees

· Inspection of Time Entry through data from gate cards and attendance register

· Verification and auditing the payroll data (both input and output)

· Carry our appraisals and increments for all employees and maintain relevant documentation

· Responsible for accurate payments of EOBI and social security of employees and the related record-keeping

· Assist employees in resolving day-to-day payroll, timesheet and benefit issues.

· Coordinate the completion and submission of all HR related paperwork to Payroll, HRIS and Benefit vendors.

Assist in conducting social audits as and when required. Provide up-to-date documents if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
