Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Finance Executive with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day human resources operations and basic financial processes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong analytical ability, and a hands-on approach to both HR and finance tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Manage HR documents such as appointment letters, HR policies, and exit formalities.
- Handle payroll inputs: attendance summary, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
- Address employee queries and support HR compliance activities.
Finance & Accounts
- Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting entries (invoices, payments, expenses).
- Support monthly closing activities and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Handle vendor payment processing, receipt tracking, and petty cash management.
- Assist with GST/TDS filing work (coordination with accountant if needed).
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial audits.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or finance roles.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll basics, and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of accounting principles, Excel, and basic financial documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS software.
- Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Salary Range
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
