HR and Office Administrator

Role Description:

HK Technologies is looking for a dedicated HR & Office Administrator to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing daily HR operations and supporting the organization in building an efficient and productive workforce.

The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The role also involves maintaining employee records, monitoring attendance, preparing salary sheets, and ensuring HR compliance. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a positive workplace environment and aligning HR practices with company objectives.

Experience in Healthcare Medical Billing Industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
  • Maintain and monitor daily attendance records and leave management systems.
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports and salary sheets.
  • Coordinate payroll processing including salary calculation, deductions, bonuses, and overtime records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll documentation.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Ensure employees are aware of company policies and workplace guidelines.
  • Prepare HR reports including recruitment reports, attendance summaries, and performance reports.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and On-boarding
  • Knowledge of Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
  • Experience in Attendance Management, Payroll Preparation, and Salary Sheet Creation
  • Familiarity with HR policies, compliance requirements, and HR documentation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ethical mindset with professional conduct
  • Experience working with HR systems, ATS, and job portals
