We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR and Operations Manager to oversee the complete post-wedding journey for our clients. This role bridges the creative and operational aspects of the business — ensuring a smooth experience from planning the shoot to delivering the final curated memories. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator, meticulous with timelines, and passionate about customer experience.
- Client Coordination:
- Act as the single point of contact for clients post-booking.
- Understand client expectations, cultural nuances, and event details.
- Regularly update clients on progress and maintain a warm, professional rapport.
- Post Production Oversight:
- Manage timelines and workflows for photo selection, editing, cinematic video editing, teaser/trailer creation, and album design.
- Coordinate between internal editing teams and outsourced partners (if any).
- Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Delivery Management:
- Handle approvals and revisions for photos, videos, and albums.
- Manage delivery deadlines and formats (online galleries, pen drives, physical albums, etc.).
- Ensure a smooth handover of all assets to clients and collect feedback.
- Project Closure:
- Maintain records of completed projects.
- Ensure all client requirements are fulfilled and the job is formally closed.
- Collect testimonials and reviews where possible.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or client servicing (wedding industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of photography & video post-production workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Multi-lingual will be a bonus
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to handle international clients and time zones.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
