HR and Payroll Administrator

India

1. Payroll Management

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and deduction records.
  • Handle salary revisions, arrears, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team for salary disbursement and related reports.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR records (joining forms, ID cards, etc.).
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Update and maintain HRMIS / HR software for attendance and employee data.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and standard operating procedures.

3. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment – job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and offers.
  • Ensure smooth joining and training for new employees.

4. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely submission of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund returns.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records as per labour laws.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government officials when required.

5. Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and regular HR meetings.
  • Monitor discipline, attendance, and code of conduct across outlets and offices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
