Job Title: HR & Payroll Officer

About Us:
We are looking for a dedicated HR & Payroll Officer to manage employee records, payroll processing, and support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Generate HR and payroll reports as required by management.
  • Support performance appraisal and leave management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS/Payroll software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
