Sales & Client Development

  • Generate leads and convert them into enrollments or corporate training contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with companies, institutions, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute local marketing and outreach initiatives to promote training programs.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and growth opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings and actively pursue new business opportunities.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating trainers, and supporting students.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of training programs in line with company standards.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to support organizational growth and scalability.

People & HR Functions

  • Recruit, onboard, and support trainers, sales executives, and support staff as the team expands.
  • Manage performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure HR compliance and maintain employee records with support from external consultants (when needed).
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
