HR Assistant

Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking a Receptionist & HR Admin to join our team at our headquarters in Anaheim, California. This is a full-time position in a professional office environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Skilled at managing multiple phone lines

  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional—someone who makes a great first impression

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong in verbal and written communication

  • Highly proficient with computers (Windows, MS Office, Outlook)

  • A true team player, ready to jump in and support where needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route all incoming phone calls

  • Greet and assist all visitors

  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries

  • Handle document scanning and indexing (paperless system)

  • Support HR operations and report directly to the HR Manager

  • Learn and use internal software systems

Compensation & Benefits:
