· Key Responsibilities:1. Attendance Management
· Prepare and maintain the attendance tracking format.
· Add and delete employee names in the attendance system.
· Download and update weekly attendance data.
· Send email reminders to employees missing biometric entries.
· Verify attendance discrepancies using CCTV footage.
· Send absence notifications to concerned employees.
· Update leaves in the attendance file.
· Coordinate and collect signatures for the wage register.
· 2. Joining Formalities
· Send joining mails to selected candidates.
· Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
· Collect and maintain new employee documentation.
· Maintain a file with new employee basic information.
· Organize and update new employee document folders.
· Print, scan, and file all relevant HR documents.
· Send office guidelines and onboarding instructions to new employees.
· Update the ID card information file.
Issue ESIC forms and guide employees through the process.
NOTE-Need only female candidates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
