Job Opportunity: HR Assistant – Motifz Textile (Lahore)

Location: Akhtar Saeed, 19 Kilometer Ferozepur Road, Lahore

Salary: ₨ 40,000 – ₨ 45,000 per month (based on experience)

Motifz Textile is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should be Lahore-based, organized, and capable of managing HR operations efficiently — especially in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain attendance and leave records of retail shop employees.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Support payroll coordination and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle employee queries and provide general HR support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com, BBA, or Graduation (any discipline).
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role (preferably in retail).
• Skills:
• Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good understanding of HR functions and record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
