Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support HR operations and administrative activities. The candidate will assist in recruitment, attendance management, employee documentation, and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Executive in day-to-day HR operations and coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and databases.
  • Support recruitment activities – posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
  • Handle employee joining formalities and exit documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Help in preparing HR letters, memos, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR Executive.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or MBA in HR preferred)
  • Experience: 0–2 years in HR or administration
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must own a two-wheeler for local HR-related travel
  • Male candidates, Trivandrum natives preferred
