Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Management for the effective talent acquisition process
- Handling Recruitment by reviewing job applications and conduct technical interviews and tests to screen the talent
- Check and filter applications from potential candidates
- Recruit and onboard new employees with Induction
- Create a healthy workspace environment
- Payroll Management
- Measure the employee performance from time to time with Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Manage employee Attendance, Leave Salary, Gratuity and End-of-Service benefits
- Monitor Late hours of employees through HR Software
- Arrange occasional events at office
- Conduct Employee Engagement Activities
- Provide detailed reviews of employee performance annually
- Researching and drafting human resources policies to update Employee Hand Book
- Implementing an employee compensation and benefits administration program
- Update the employee work records regularly
Requirements:
- Min. 2-4 years of proven experience in the field of HR Generalist
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Very Good Knowledge on UAE Labour Law
- Complete knowledge on HR functions and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Positive attitude towards challenges and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strategical thinking and mindset to contribute effectively to the human resources department
- Arabic language is an added advantage
