Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction coordination.
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation (offer letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Support HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply).
- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
