Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and induction coordination.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documentation (offer letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Support HR projects such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply).
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
