Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Prepare new employee files and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain employee records (both digital and hard copy).
  • Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and logistics.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
