Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Payroll and Employee Relations:

  • Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handling employee inquiries, providing support for employee relations issues, and assisting with conflict resolution.
  • Monitoring employee attendance and leave, tracking performance, and assisting with performance reviews.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Preparing and managing HR documents, such as contracts and policies.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
