We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Group HR Manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in HR to make a significant impact within a growing and diversified organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group’s vision, business goals, and growth objectives.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, drive change management, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee retention efforts across all entities.
- Design, establish, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance throughout the Group.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage performance management frameworks, training programs, and career development initiatives.
- Stay informed of labor laws, regulations, and governance standards to ensure full compliance organization-wide.
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR and administrative leadership experience, preferably within large, diversified groups.
- Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, develop strategic HR initiatives, and collaborate effectively with senior management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
