Position Title: HR Officer

Job Summary:
The HR Officer at RITS Qatar will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes in compliance with Qatari labor laws, MADLSA regulations, and company policies, while supporting a multi-cultural workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
- Prepare, maintain, and update employee records in compliance with company policy and Qatar labor law.
- Process monthly payroll accurately through WPS (Workers’ Payment System), including salary transfers, deductions, and allowances.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and related reports.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with MADLSA and Qatar Labor Law.
- Coordinate work visas, RP (Residence Permit) renewals, and related government approvals for expatriate employees.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training, and performance management.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.
- Prepare HR reports for management, including headcount, attrition, payroll summary, and compliance reports.
- Support audits, labor inspections, and internal HR reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Qatar or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, MADLSA requirements, and WPS payroll system.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in multi-cultural work environments.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience handling expatriate HR compliance, visa, and RP processes.
