Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment & On boarding
Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs.
Payroll & Compensation
Ensure adherence to labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Training & Development
Track employee performance metrics and provide feedback
Assist in formulating and updating HR policies
Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Actions
HR Documentation & MIS Reporting
Organize welfare activities and health programs for employees
Specialized Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on experience with HR software and MS Office.
Ability to handle employee grievances and drive engagement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
MBA
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
