Duties & Responsibilities

 Recruitment & On boarding

 Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.

 Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

 Plan and execute employee engagement programs.

 Payroll & Compensation

 Ensure adherence to labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

 Training & Development

 Track employee performance metrics and provide feedback

 Assist in formulating and updating HR policies

 Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Actions

 HR Documentation & MIS Reporting

 Organize welfare activities and health programs for employees

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

 Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 Hands-on experience with HR software and MS Office.

 Ability to handle employee grievances and drive engagement initiatives.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

MBA

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
