Job Description
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, employee engagement, and recruitment processes. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accuracy.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientations.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team lunches and recreational tours.
  • Handle basic HR inquiries from employees and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance data.
  • Contribute to organizing company events, such as exhibition visits and team-building activities.
  • Assist in Administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
