Job Description
As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, employee engagement, and recruitment processes. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to learn and grow in the field of human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accuracy.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientations.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team lunches and recreational tours.
- Handle basic HR inquiries from employees and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance data.
- Contribute to organizing company events, such as exhibition visits and team-building activities.
- Assist in Administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
