Job Title: HR Assistant

Department: Human Resources
Location: Faisalabad

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in handling day-to-day administrative tasks, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and other HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, personal data, leaves, etc.) and update HR databases regularly.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR events when required.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all HR records (both digital and physical).
  • Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR and employee-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
