Job Description – HR Executive

Location: Ghani Ceramics Ltd., Faisalabad Plant

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Reporting To: Head of HR / Plant Manager

Position Summary

The HR Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations at the plant including recruitment, employee relations, attendance & payroll support, compliance, and general administration. The role requires close coordination with the Head Office HR team and Plant Management to ensure smooth HR processes at the site.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support in manpower planning in coordination with Plant Manager and Head Office HR.
  • Execute recruitment process for plant-level staff/workers: job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interviews.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and induction for new joiners.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Maintain daily attendance record of all plant employees/workers.
  • Verify overtime, shifts, and leave records for payroll processing.
  • Share accurate monthly payroll data with Head Office HR.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries at the plant.
  • Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
  • Support employee motivation and engagement initiatives.

4. Compliance & Record Keeping

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR records (joining, leaves, contracts, disciplinary actions, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in audits related to HR and admin.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps at the plant level and coordinate with Head Office for training programs.
  • Support execution of safety and compliance training sessions.

6. Administration Support

  • Oversee plant-level admin tasks (canteen, transport, uniforms, stationery, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Head Office for procurement and admin approvals.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Education: MBA / BBA (HRM preferred) from FAST, COMSATS, UMT, UCP, UET
  • Experience: 3–4 years of relevant HR & admin experience (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently at site level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
