Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious female professional to join our team as an HR & Marketing Lead. This position is ideal for candidates who wish to develop a long-term career in human resources while also gaining hands-on experience in marketing and corporate communications within a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

• Manage payroll and attendance records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct onboarding and employee orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and performance review processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR queries and internal communication.

Marketing Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in event marketing, social media, and brand promotion.
• Support content creation for digital campaigns and conference promotions.
• Assist in coordination with international marketing partners and media representatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance brand positioning across the European and US markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
