Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR processes and a keen interest in learning and managing daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Handle documentation related to offers, appointments, and exits.
  • Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in drafting HR reports and maintaining confidentiality of data.
  • Support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
