Job Title: HR Assistant

Department: Human Resources

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance, onboarding, and assist in maintaining HR records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and related HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer, appointment, and experience letters.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR software or HRMS systems.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Salary: As per industry standardsWork Schedule: Monday to Saturday (as per company policy)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
