Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding processes: collecting documents, preparing joining forms, and creating employee files.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with staff regarding attendance, leave applications, and basic HR queries.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, overtime, and leave reports.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance review procedures.
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
- Provide support in exit formalities and final settlement processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
