Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding processes: collecting documents, preparing joining forms, and creating employee files.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data in HR systems.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with staff regarding attendance, leave applications, and basic HR queries.
  • Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, overtime, and leave reports.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance review procedures.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Provide support in exit formalities and final settlement processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Male candidates only
