Job Summary

The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, attendance management, employee records, joining formalities, and coordination with various departments. This role requires good communication, documentation skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters—offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.
  • Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and HR activities.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and HR standards.
  • Support HR audits and documentation as required.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR, Management, or related field preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati).
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
