We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative tasks and help ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and eager to contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire packets, and policy updates
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping tracking
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
