Role : HR Assistant

Timings: 1 2 PM to 9 PM
Preference: Male candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee attendance records accurately.
  • Handle resume screening, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with the Admin and Front Desk/Reception team to ensure smooth operational support.
  • Maintain and update employee data and HR records in an organized manner.
  • Support the HR Manager by aligning HR workflows and processes with overall company goals.
  • Assist in organizing training programs, monitoring participation, and supporting performance review activities.
  • Carry out additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

HR certifications (optional but preferred), such as HRBP, SHRM, or similar.

  • Experience:

0–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administrative support roles.

Internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.

  • Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee data management.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR tools/software.

Good coordination, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
