Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist the HR department in recruitment, employee documentation, HR coordination, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination
- Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, Emirates ID, labor cards, and medicals
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data
- Assist in payroll inputs and HR reports
- Respond to employee HR-related queries
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in technical / contracting / service industry
- Familiarity with HRMS systems
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
