About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Human Resources and Emiratization (UAEN) to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. The Assistant Manager, Human Resources and Emiratization will be responsible for coordinating the Emiratization program at the property level alongside work closely with Manager, Human Resources for Human Resources function with the key duties and responsibilities mentioned below.

Key Responsibilities

• Guiding and supporting colleagues in terms of Human Resources-related concerns
• Provides continuous updates on the headcount/percentage and other reports related to Emiratization to the Emiratization head and the government entity concerned
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of new colleagues
• Support the Director, Human Resources & Training, on the performance management process and grievance handling of colleagues
• Develop colleagues and ensure they are meeting training targets and objectives
• Organize and represent the Emirati functions
• Support with the required data and analysis for HR reporting.
• Support payroll functions as and when required by the management
• Ensure data integrity regarding HR systems & compliance with HR policies and procedures and labor law
• Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years plus experience in a similar field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Thorough understanding of human resources processes and strategies
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative Skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
