We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our construction / contracing operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be of Arabic nationality, with strong leadership capabilities and extensive HR management experience in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team and workforce planning activities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of construction staff
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Coordinate training, development, and succession planning programs
- Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders
- Prepare HR policies, procedures, and management reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of HR experience
- Prior experience in the construction / contracting industry is strongly preferred
- Arabic nationality is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
- Proven leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
- Ability to manage large and diverse workforces
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities
