HR Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our construction / contracing operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be of Arabic nationality, with strong leadership capabilities and extensive HR management experience in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team and workforce planning activities
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of construction staff
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
• Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
• Coordinate training, development, and succession planning programs
• Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders
• Prepare HR policies, procedures, and management reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of HR experience
• Prior experience in the construction / contracting industry is strongly preferred
• Arabic nationality is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
• Ability to manage large and diverse workforces
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities
