Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support and manage daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
  • Coordinate training, orientation, and employee development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and support management with HR-related data
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures as required

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
