They ensure data accuracy in HRIS, support payroll processes, and assist with compliance, requiring strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills. AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR +4 Key Responsibilities and Duties: Administrative Support: Maintain physical and digital employee files, process paperwork, and update internal databases. Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules. Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare new hire packets, coordinate first-day logistics, and assist with orientations. Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and benefits. Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with processing payroll, tracking time/attendance, and liaising with vendors for benefits administration. Compliance & Records: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and conduct audits of records.
