Role Purpose
We are seeking a commercially strong HR Assistant who can lead recruitment, manage a small HR team, oversee HR operations, and help reduce employee attrition. The ideal candidate should understand business impact and hire with a performance-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments

Screen resumes intelligently and evaluate candidates effectively

Develop structured hiring and evaluation processes

Manage and guide a team of 2–3 HR members

Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance

Monitor employee performance trends and retention

Analyze attrition and implement corrective strategies
-
Support management in maintaining discipline and strong workplace culture.
Experience
-
5+ years in HR / Talent Acquisition
-
Prior team handling experience preferred
-
Experience in trading/export/commercial setup is an advantage.
