Position: HR Assistant
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: Management / Director
Location: Kalher, Thane.

Role Purpose
We are seeking a commercially strong HR Assistant who can lead recruitment, manage a small HR team, oversee HR operations, and help reduce employee attrition. The ideal candidate should understand business impact and hire with a performance-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments
  • Screen resumes intelligently and evaluate candidates effectively
  • Develop structured hiring and evaluation processes
  • Manage and guide a team of 2–3 HR members
  • Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance
  • Monitor employee performance trends and retention
  • Analyze attrition and implement corrective strategies
  • Support management in maintaining discipline and strong workplace culture.


Requirements

Experience
  • 5+ years in HR / Talent Acquisition
  • Prior team handling experience preferred
  • Experience in trading/export/commercial setup is an advantage.
