About the Company

SISCO Energy Private Limited is a leading engineering and heavy fabrication manufacturing company specializing in Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Skids, E-House Structures, and Heavy Structural Fabrication for energy and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support end-to-end Recruitment Operations, HR Generalist Activities, ERP & Compliance Management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role Overview

The HR Assistant will handle Talent Acquisition coordination, HR Operations, Training Administration, Statutory Compliance, ERP Data Management, Audit Documentation, and Employee Engagement activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, data accuracy, and knowledge of HR processes in manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1️) Recruitment Operations / Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed), databases, referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring
  • Screen resumes as per Job Descriptions and prepare candidate shortlists
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain Recruitment Tracker, Hiring MIS, Candidate Database, and Joining Status Reports
  • Coordinate Campus Interviews and Job Fairs
  • Collect and verify joining documents from employees and workmen
  • Process Background Verification (BGV) documentation
  • Coordinate workstation/seat allotment for new joiners
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and first-day joining formalities

2️) Training & Development Administration

  • Coordinate Induction & Orientation Programs
  • Maintain training attendance records, feedback forms & photo documentation
  • Update Training MIS, Skill Matrix & Training Calendar
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly training reports
  • Coordinate logistics for internal training programs
  • Track training completion and compliance status

3️) ERP & HR Data Management

  • Update Employee Master Data & Workmen Records in ERP/HRMS
  • Maintain attendance, leave management, OD entries
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR database
  • Process ERP updates for resignation, exit formalities & Full and Final Settlement support

4️) Statutory Compliance & HR Documentation

  • Collect documents for PF & ESI registration
  • Maintain statutory compliance records and employee files
  • Support documentation related to Insurance & Employee Benefits
  • Assist in documentation for Internal Committees (e.g., Women’s Committee meetings)
  • Maintain Labour Law documentation as per compliance requirements

5️) Compliance & Audit Support

  • Maintain HR records for audits related to QMS, EMS, EnMS, OHSMS, ISMS, AQMS
  • Ensure document control, version management & confidentiality
  • Follow HR SOPs, data privacy & information security policies
  • Support ISO audit documentation and compliance preparation

6️) Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Support Employee Engagement Activities & R&R Programs
  • Assist in employee exit documentation & no-due process
  • Support welfare initiatives and internal communication

Eligibility Criteria

  • Postgraduate in MBA HR / MSW HR / MA HRM
  • 1–3 years experience in HR Operations / Recruitment / HR Generalist role
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & HRMS/ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of PF, ESI & Labour Laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
