HR Assistant

POSITION: HR Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM Software, and government portals
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• High Degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
• UAE Freshers WITH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE are welcome to apply

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage & update employee database and records
• Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Prepare offer letters and HR onboarding documents
• Process all visa-related applications, such as but not limited to: Entry Permit, Change status, Medical, Emirates ID Application, Contract attestation, cancellation, exit papers etc.
• Process medical & workmen’s compensation insurance.
• Assist employees with HR policy-related questions
• General administrative support for the daily HR Operations
