Job Title: HR Assistant (Recruitment & Sourcing)

Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support our recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of hiring processes and sourcing candidates, along with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and records
  • Post job openings on various platforms
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment is an added advantage
