HR-Assistant

Sigma Digital Solutions is looking for an HR Assistant (Male) for the morning shift. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in technical recruitment. Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

• Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
• Support onboarding and employee orientation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Respond to employee HR-related queries
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with exit formalities and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Job Location: F-5/1, Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad.
