Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the recruitment, training, and performance management of our sales and real estate agents. The role focuses on interviewing candidates, coordinating training programs, and monitoring agent performance to ensure productivity and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Interviewing
Conduct initial interviews for sales and real estate agent candidates
Screen CVs, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interview schedules
Support onboarding and hiring documentation
Training & Development
Prepare and organize training programs for new and existing agents
Coordinate sales, real estate, and soft-skills training sessions
Track training attendance and evaluate training effectiveness
Performance Monitoring
Monitor and follow up on real estate agent performance
Prepare performance reports (sales targets, KPIs, attendance, productivity)
Support management with performance improvement plans
HR & Administrative Support
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Act as a point of contact for agents regarding HR-related matters
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in HR, recruitment, or sales support (real estate experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interviewing skills
Ability to organize training sessions and follow performance metrics
Good knowledge of MS Office / HR systems
Detail-oriented, professional, and proactive
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
