HR Assistant

Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our human resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and administrative tasks within a fast-paced logistics and relocation company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and employee files.
• Coordinate with different departments to support HR activities.
• Help organize staff training sessions and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential records.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of HR procedures and UAE labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
