We are looking for HR professional with UAE Experience.

  • To maintain the current excellent record of the company in the labour ministry.
  • To work with the management and other personnel to help keep business running smoothly.
  • To oversee all aspects of Human Resource Management practices and processes.
  • Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies and initiatives, systems, tactics and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Need to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives and provide a professional HR service to the business.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by handling and addressing demands, grievances or other issues

· Organizational departmental planning.

· Recruitment, Employee On-Boarding, Induction and development training.

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

· Maintain compensation and benefit program.

· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

· Payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions etc.

· Processing all type employee leave forms & leave settlement.

· Coordinate with PRO & employees for visa related works.

· Provide monthly reports to management and making available decision support through HR metrics.

· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

· Need to do personnel management and the maintenance of employee files and all HR records.

· Coordinate office management activities.

· Various other duties as and when required.
