We’re seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern who’s eager to learn the ropes of human resources and talent acquisition in a fast-growing AI software agency. Role Description

As an HR Intern at Tech Emulsion, you’ll support the HR team across recruitment, administration, and culture-building initiatives. You’ll help draft job ads, schedule interviews, maintain employee records, and assist in organizing team events. This role is designed to give you exposure to the full HR lifecycle while providing mentorship and practical experience in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment support – Assist in posting job ads, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
  • Onboarding assistance – Help prepare orientation materials and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • HR administration – Maintain employee records, update spreadsheets, and support leave tracking.
  • Policy & process support – Assist in drafting and refining HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Employer branding – Contribute to LinkedIn posts, university outreach, and internship program coordination.
  • University relations – Support HR team in building connections with universities and managing career fairs.
  • Event coordination – Help plan team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement events.
  • Compliance awareness – Learn about Pakistani labor laws and assist in ensuring HR practices remain compliant.
  • People analytics – Collect and organize data for HR dashboards (e.g., attendance, recruitment metrics).
  • HR tech exposure – Gain hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and automation tools.

Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience – 0–1 years in HR or talent acquisition for a tech or services company, with hands-on engineering recruitment.
  • Skills – Strong communication skills (written and verbal English), basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel, eagerness to learn HR processes.
  • Nice-to-haves – Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment, university career services, or HR tools.

Location

University Road, Peshawar (onsite).

Job Type

Full-time internship (onsite).

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
