Hiring an organised, detail-oriented HR professional looking for a stable role with clear processes and strong support systems.
This is a hands-on administrative role, not a senior advisory position, deal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and getting things done.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day HR administration using BrightHR (contracts, records, leave, attendance)
- Drafting employment contracts and letters using pre-built templates
- Onboarding new employees — setting up profiles, uploading documents, tracking e-signatures
- Maintaining organised, up-to-date employee records
- Managing leave, absences, and clock-in/out data; producing monthly payroll reports
- Handling routine employee queries (lateness, absences, general HR questions)
- Supporting recruitment: writing job descriptions, posting roles on platforms like Indeed
- Tracking staff training and health & safety compliance via BrightSafe
- Assisting directors with document preparation and correspondence
- Identifying opportunities to improve and standardise HR processes
- Full HR legal support is provided through Croner (external HR advisors) via BrightHR — you won't be expected to make complex legal decisions independently.

- 3 Years experience in HR administration (UK-based HR experience preferred)
- Basic understanding of UK employment practices
- Comfortable working with HR software — BrightHR experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and formatting
- Organised, reliable, and proactive — someone who follows processes and asks for help when needed
