HR Assistant

We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, payroll, and HR administration to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records accurately.
• Support payroll and attendance tracking.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
