Job Summary
The Inventor Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Department in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, compliance tracking, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have a strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and interview coordination
- Schedule and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee data
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
- Support performance management and probation tracking
- Handle employee queries and HR correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Up to 1 year of HR or administrative experience preferred

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint proficiency
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with recruitment processes
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing
- Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws
- Experience with HRMS software (preferred but not mandatory)
