Job Summary

The Inventor Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Department in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, compliance tracking, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have a strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and interview coordination
  • Schedule and conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Track attendance, leaves, and employee data
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
  • Support performance management and probation tracking
  • Handle employee queries and HR correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Up to 1 year of HR or administrative experience preferred

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Microsoft Word and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes
  • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws
  • Experience with HRMS software (preferred but not mandatory)
