We are currently hiring for an HR Assistant to join our team in F&B Industry. We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong HR and administrative experience who can support daily human resources operations.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic & English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in Human Resources / Administration
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation
- Experience in F&B / Hospitality Industry is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and employee onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Support daily HR and administrative tasks
- Handle employee concerns and HR coordination
- Monitor attendance and assist in employee relations matters
