Position Overview:

IZOC Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and energetic HR Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for a fresh graduate with internship experience in the HR domain. The selected candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administration, while learning and growing within the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
• Help maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide support in the onboarding process for new hires
• Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Respond to routine inquiries regarding HR policies, processes, and procedures
• Support the HR team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Prior experience in the HR domain is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive learning mindset and a proactive approach
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad
